Celebrating Our Team!

Treatment Teams

At each of our Centers, care is delivered by a dedicated and experienced multi-disciplinary treatment team committed to addressing the complex and diverse needs of children, adolescents, and adults. We believe that healing is best achieved through a collaborative, person-centered approach—one that draws on the expertise of a range of professionals working in harmony.

Each team is uniquely composed based on the population served and the specific needs of the individual.

Our staff includes:

  • Psychiatrists and Physicians
Medical professionals who oversee the diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for each patient. They ensure clinical stability and coordinate medical care as needed.

  • Clinical Psychologists
Experts in psychological testing, evaluation, and therapy. They play a key role in identifying underlying conditions and helping patients understand and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

  • Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities. They help patients develop coping skills, process trauma, and work through emotional challenges.

  • Registered Nurses and Psychiatric Technicians
Deliver 24/7 medical monitoring, medication administration, and direct patient support. Nurses also educate patients and families on medications and health-related concerns.

  • Recreational Therapists
Facilitate therapeutic activities that promote physical health, creativity, and emotional expression. Activities may include art, music, movement, games, and mindfulness practices.

  • Licensed Social Workers
Provide psychosocial support and case management. They assist with discharge planning, family communication, and connecting patients to community resources and aftercare services.

  • Dietitians
Address nutritional needs and offer guidance for patients with eating concerns, health conditions, or medication-related dietary needs. They contribute to overall wellness planning.
